Pumpkin Blueberry Hair Cake

Steam the pumpkin in a pot, mash it, add sugar and yeast when the temperature is close to room temperature, slowly stir in the flour, knead it into a dough, and ferment for 1-2 hours!

Simply knead the dough into a shape, put it in a steaming pot (or a mold of other shape), remember to grease it before putting it in the pot (for easy demoulding), and let it rise again for about 10 minutes!

After the water is boiled, put it in a pot and steam for about 20 minutes!
