Pumpkin Braid Bread

Pour all the materials into the bucket of the bread machine in the order of the recipe, and start the dough mixing program. The Dongling 6D bread machine I use will mix the dough for about 25 minutes until it is complete.

After kneading the dough, put it in a suitable basin after rounding, and put it in a warm place for basic fermentation

I use the oven for basic fermentation. It takes about 50 minutes. Dip dry powder into the dough and insert it into the dough. The hole does not shrink or collapse.

Divide into 9 parts after venting, round and relax for 25 minutes

Braid into three strands, pinch the two ends into the bottom

Put it in the oven for a second serving, about 30 minutes, take out and coat with egg liquid (diluted with egg yolk with water), sprinkle with oatmeal with nuts. Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven at 180 degrees

Put it in the middle and lower layer of the oven, and cover with tin foil after coloring. It will be out of the oven in about 25 minutes.
