Pumpkin Braised Pork Ribs
1.
The main ingredients are two simple ones: ribs and pumpkin (this pumpkin is more than 2 jin, so I only used half, about 1 jin)
2.
Wash the ribs with water to remove the blood and dirt, then fish them in oil first, then add the chopped garlic, tempeh, appropriate pepper, sugar and cornstarch, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce (if there is more tempeh, the soy sauce will be fine. Relatively less), you can add chopped chili if you like spicy.
3.
Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces (the pumpkin sacs don’t need to be cleaned and eaten, and the pumpkin skin is nutritious, don’t remove it)
4.
Put the oil in the pan to heat up, put the ribs in and leave them still, fry one side and then fry the other side, mainly until golden brown.
5.
After the ribs are fried until golden brown, pour in water to soak half of the ribs (this dish is actually better without using a pan), then add the pumpkin cubes and cook for 3-5 minutes (depending on personal preference for the softness and hardness of the pumpkin)
6.
Finally, add soy sauce to taste.
