Pumpkin Buns
1.
After the pumpkin is steamed in the steamer, it will be mashed like a mash.
2.
Add a little warm water to the yeast.
3.
Mix the flour with appropriate amount of water, add yeast water and pumpkin puree, and knead the dough by hand for about 40 minutes. Leave it in a warm place to ferment until the dough is twice as large.
4.
The fermented dough is vented. Divide and cut into shape. Put it into the steaming stack for the second fermentation, about 15 minutes.
5.
Put cold water into the pot and steam on medium heat for about 25 minutes, turn off the heat, and take out the pot after 2-3 minutes.
