Pumpkin Buns

Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces, and steam it in a steamer

Take out the steamed pumpkin and mash it with sugar

Cool pumpkin puree into the bread machine, add flour and yeast

Start the bread machine to knead the dough, and then ferment

The fermented dough drains out the pores and kneads into a long strip

And then cut into small pieces of the same size

Put water in the steamer, put the cut dough into the steamer, and carry out the second fermentation for about 15 minutes

For the second fermentation, turn to high heat and steam for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes before opening the lid.
Tips:
Don’t need sugar if you don’t like too sweet
