Pumpkin Buns
1.
Pumpkin sliced and steamed.
2.
Pressed into mud.
3.
Adjust the yeast with warm water (a half cup of water in a disposable cup). The steamed pumpkin itself contains water, so you can't put too much water.
4.
Add flour and yeast water to the pumpkin puree, and make a dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it proof for half an hour (short proofing time in summer, longer proofing time in winter)
5.
Proof the dough to about double size.
6.
Continue to knead the finished dough to exhaust air (the time does not need to be too long), knead into long strips, and cut into suitable shapes into the steamer.
7.
Steam in cold water for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat for about 3 minutes to turn on the steamer. If the steamer is large, you can turn on the steamer after 5 minutes. Then you can enjoy it.
