Went back to my hometown before the holiday. When I came, my mother asked me to bring many fruits that she had planted and harvested. This pumpkin, my mother said, is very noodles, very delicious. At the time, I thought this pumpkin was not old and tender, and I didn't want it. Mom tried hard to bring me. So I started making pumpkin buns again. Sure enough, this pumpkin is very face and the color is very bright.

Pumpkin Buns

1. Brush the pumpkin and cut into pieces

2. It is steamed in the upper steamer, and I steamed it all at once.

3. After peeling with a spoon, it weighs 450 grams. The rest is eaten and put in the refrigerator.

4. Use a spoon to crush the peeled and cooked pumpkin into a puree, add 5g of yeast powder

5. Add 1g of Yeast Mate (nothing can be omitted), mix well, and let stand for 3-5 minutes

6. Then put the pumpkin puree into the powder and knead it,

7. Knead it into a dough harder than buns, cover it with a damp towel and let it grow.

8. When fermented to twice the size, sprinkle with dry powder to knead and exhaust

9. Shape the dough into a circle, because it’s a bit long

10. Pull down into 15 doses

11. Six one-steamers made into round steamed buns, cover and cook for 15 minutes

12. Cut 9 buns with a knife into another steamer, also cover the lid and continue to make hair for 15 minutes

13. Cold water steamer, high heat steaming for 17 minutes, steaming for 3-5 minutes

14. Out of the steamer

15. Steam another steamer, again, it's time to get out of the basket.

Tips:

1. Yeast Mate is not completely left.
2. The water content of various pumpkins is different. You can add water as appropriate when kneading the dough and add it slowly.
