Pumpkin Buns and Steamed Buns
1.
Soak a small piece of old noodles in clear water, pound the steamed pumpkin into puree, add some plain flour (depending on the amount of pureed pumpkin), and knead it together to form a dough for proofing.
2.
Sprinkle a little dry flour on the panel, pour the cooked noodles into the panel, add edible alkali and knead into a dough for later use.
3.
Take a piece of medicine into the same amount, and squeeze the skin.
4.
One stuffing, (the process is omitted, I made pork belly with small carrots this time).
5.
Make a raw embryo.
6.
Steam for fifteen minutes on the pot, then out of the pot.
7.
The remaining noodles are steamed into big buns, which are delicious.
