Pumpkin Candied Date Steamed Lily
1.
One pumpkin, six red dates, and a little lily.
2.
Cut off both ends of the pumpkin, peel off the skin, scoop out the pumpkin seeds from the inside with an iron spoon, and wash them. Wash lilies and red dates.
3.
Put red dates in the pumpkin.
4.
Put the lily in the steamer and steam for about 40 minutes.
5.
Take it out and carefully move it into the dish.
6.
Cut into pieces with a knife along the lines of the pumpkin. Use a small bowl of water to melt the rock sugar until it is thick, pour it on the pumpkin, and pour some honey. I forgot to take a photo at this step.
Tips:
The steaming time depends on the size of the pumpkin. The pumpkin I used is thick, so the steaming time is a bit longer.
