Pumpkin Chive Toast

Put the middle kind of ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Knead the dough into a medium variety, put it in the refrigerator and ferment for about 17 hours.

In about forty minutes, the dough will rise to 80% full.

This toast does not add eggs, and the pumpkin juice used, please handle it according to the water absorption of the flour when adding the liquid. Please adjust the oven temperature according to the actual situation of your oven.
