Pumpkin Cup Glutinous Rice

1. Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours, control the moisture, and steam it in a steamer for 20 minutes

2. Choose a small pumpkin of moderate size to clean it

3. Use a toothpick to mark out the lines to be cut on one third of the pumpkin

4. Cut into a flower shape, my fruit knife is not very good, it takes a lot of effort

5. Scoop out the pumpkin seeds and pumpkin velvet with a spoon

6. Add raisins to steamed glutinous rice, goji berries and sugar and mix well

7. Fill the mixed glutinous rice into the pumpkin cup

8. Close the lid and secure it with a toothpick next to it

9. Fill the pot with water, put the pumpkin, cover the pot, and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.

10. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on the rice after it is out of the pan

Tips:

1 Cut the pumpkin into a flower shape if you are afraid of trouble, you can directly cut the pumpkin in one-third of the way. When steaming the pumpkin, do not fill the pumpkin
