Scallion Pumpkin

Wash the pumpkin, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into 3-4 mm slices. Cut the shallots into chopped green onions. Separate the green onions.

Put oil in the wok, stir the scallion white on low heat, add pumpkin to medium heat and stir fry for 2 minutes

Pour in about 100ml of hot water, cover and boil on high heat, simmer for five minutes on low heat, simmer until the pumpkin can be easily penetrated with chopsticks, add a teaspoon of salt and stir well, add scallions and stir-fry evenly out of the pot
