The pumpkin I bought was prepared in two ways, one for steaming and the other for stewing soup.

Ingredients

Seafood Pumpkin Soup

1. Take small pumpkin squash belly

2. Add 500ml water

3. Beaten into juice

4. No need to add oil in the pot, add the chicken skin and fry to get the oil

5. Pour the pumpkin juice while straining and boil

6. Add chicken and shrimp

7. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes

8. Just add salt

9. Turn off the fire

10. Out of the pot and plate

Tips:

The pumpkin soup is a bit sweet, pay attention to the amount of salt added
