Pumpkin Cup with Glutinous Rice

Soak the glutinous rice in water for 3 hours in advance;

Once the glutinous rice is soaked, you can start making it.

Prepare raisins and goji berries.

Dry the medlar and grapes for later use.

Wash the Beibei pumpkin.

Cut 3/4 of the pumpkin, dig out the flesh in the middle, wash and set aside.

All the ingredients are ready, boil water in the steamer and set aside.

Dig the glutinous rice into the pumpkin.
9.
Add the medlar and raisins, and mix the rice with them evenly.

Put in an appropriate amount of water and wipe some water level over the rice grains.

Put the pumpkin cup into the pot, cover and steam for 10 minutes.

Change to medium and small fire and steam for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Open the steamer and take out the pumpkin cup.

Tips:
The time for steaming pumpkin can be controlled according to the size of the pumpkin cup. It can be 30-50 minutes. Long time, glutinous rice is softer.
