Pumpkin Cup with Rock Sugar Tremella

The white fungus is soaked in water, small pumpkin, wolfberry, and dried mango.

A knife is used to cut the top of the small pumpkin with a sawtooth method.

Use a spoon to dig out the pumpkin flesh.

Add soaked white fungus, wolfberry, dried mango and rock sugar, and mix with water.

Cover the lid, put it in the steamer, turn to medium heat and steam for 40 minutes.

Tips:
You can also dig the pumpkin into the flesh, dig a little thinner, and mix the digging out pumpkin flesh and white fungus together and steam it for a stronger flavor.
The cooking time depends on whether the pumpkin is steamed soft or not.
