Pumpkin Dried Fruit Milkshake

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and put it on the steamer. After steaming, peel off the skin and put it in a cooking machine to puree.

The mashed pumpkin puree is very delicate. (I use homemade yogurt for yogurt. For the specific method, there are detailed steps in the bread machine version of my recipe "Homemade Yogurt".

Pour the yogurt into the container and pour some honey.

Put the pumpkin in the piping bag, cut a small opening, and draw from the outer circle to the center.

Draw the pattern you like.

After drawing 4-5 circles, the surface is basically covered with pumpkin puree.

Sprinkle the dried fruit on it.

Tips:
Pumpkin puree must be left to cool before use. The prepared yogurt is chilled in the refrigerator overnight. It tastes very good when it tastes cold. Dried fruits can be replaced and matched according to personal preference.
