Pumpkin Egg Steam

Pumpkin wash

Cut top

Use a knife to dig out the pumpkin meat on the noodles. Don’t dig it.

Go clean the dipper and seeds

Add the freshly taken pumpkin meat to less than 2/3 of the milk into the food processor and whipped finely

Add an egg to the whipped pumpkin paste
7.
Add the condensed milk and stir well with a manual whisk

Pour into the pumpkin cup

Put a proper amount of water in the pot and boil on high heat, add the pumpkin and steam for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your own pumpkin
