Pumpkin Egg Steam

1. Pumpkin wash

2. Cut top

3. Use a knife to dig out the pumpkin meat on the noodles. Don’t dig it.

4. Go clean the dipper and seeds

5. Add the freshly taken pumpkin meat to less than 2/3 of the milk into the food processor and whipped finely

6. Add an egg to the whipped pumpkin paste

7. Add the condensed milk and stir well with a manual whisk

8. Pour into the pumpkin cup
