Pumpkin Fire

1~2 Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, steam it in the pot, and let cool.

Let the cooked pumpkin cool and peel it, put it in a bread machine and add warm milk.

Add appropriate amount of corn oil, sugar and flour, and finally add yeast powder. Start the kneading system of the bread machine, knead all the ingredients into a relatively smooth dough, and let it stand for 15 minutes.

After removing the dough, knead the dough again until it is smooth.

Rub into long strips and cut into equal parts with a knife.

Knead it, press it flat, prick a small hole with a toothpick, and press it with the bottle cap.

After preheating the oven for 5 minutes in advance, put the pumpkin on the fire and burn it for about 18 minutes. The pumpkin should be covered with tin foil after grilling until it is colored to prevent it from baking.
Tips:
1. The harder the fire, the more delicious it is. The bread machine kneading will not be too hard, so you can change it to manual kneading.
2. If there is no oven, it can be baked in a non-stick pan or iron pan.
3. The roasting time should be flexibly adjusted according to the size and thickness of the raw wood.
4. This fire does not need to be fermented to double its size, just leave it aside for 15 minutes.
