I bought a pumpkin, like its color, wrapped the pumpkin flower roll, and eat it every morning, saving time, effort and nutrition.

Pumpkin Flower Roll

1. Pumpkin peeled and cut into pieces, steamed and pressed into pumpkin puree

2. Add pumpkin puree, yeast and sugar to flour

3. Use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent shape, add water as appropriate, knead into dough, and ferment

4. The fermented dough is rounded in two portions

5. Roll into a large dough sheet of uniform thickness

6. Apply a coat of oil

7. Roll up

8. Roll it up and cut it into triangles according to "W"

9. Take out a portion with the tip of the corner facing up, press it in the middle with chopsticks to form a flower roll

10. All done for secondary fermentation

11. Put water in the pot, add steamed buns and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes
