Pumpkin Flower Roll

Pumpkin peeled and cut into pieces, steamed and pressed into pumpkin puree

Add pumpkin puree, yeast and sugar to flour

Use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent shape, add water as appropriate, knead into dough, and ferment

The fermented dough is rounded in two portions

Roll into a large dough sheet of uniform thickness

Apply a coat of oil

Roll up

Roll it up and cut it into triangles according to "W"
9.
Take out a portion with the tip of the corner facing up, press it in the middle with chopsticks to form a flower roll
10.
All done for secondary fermentation

Put water in the pot, add steamed buns and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes
