Make your own glutinous rice balls, sticky, sweet and delicious.

Pumpkin Gnocchi

1. Pumpkin peeled, sliced and steamed

2. Pressed into mud

3. Add glutinous rice flour and mix well

4. Knead into pumpkin dough

5. Stir-fried black sesame seeds

6. Roll it into pieces, the more pieces the better

7. Add sugar, corn oil and mix well

8. Divide the pumpkin dough into small portions and press into small biscuits

9. Pinch into a small bowl

11. Make glutinous rice balls

13. After the water is boiled, add glutinous rice balls and cook

Tips:

Tangyuan is not easy to digest, so don't eat too much.
