Pumpkin sweetened and steamed

Use a blender to make a puree, or use a spoon to make a puree and let cool

Add yeast and flour. Use high sugar-tolerant dry yeast for yeast. Soak it in warm water. Too hot will inactivate the yeast.

Cover with plastic wrap to ferment, and sit in a steamer with warm water to speed up the fermentation time. The fermentation is carried out in warm water for 40 minutes in 25 degrees. However, the focus is not on the time but the state of fermentation. Generally, it will be sent until 8-9 minutes full

Remove the red dates and cut them in half. Wash the wolfberry and put it into a mold. After boiling the water on high heat, change to medium heat and continue to steam for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Note that the fermentation should not be overheated. If the hair is too much, it will collapse. If it is not steamed, it will collapse and stick to the teeth.
