Pumpkin Ingot Buns

The pumpkin is steamed in advance.

Pumpkin puree, add yeast, add appropriate amount of water, and form a dough. Proof for 15 minutes.

Divide into small doses and rub into long strips.

Press both sides flat.

Fold up.

Connect the two sides by pressing the flat surface and pinch tightly.

Turn it 90°, squeeze it flat, and the ingot shape will come out.

Put them in the steamer one by one, proof for 20 minutes, boil the water and steam on medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes before uncovering.

Golden ingot!
Tips:
After the steamed buns are steamed, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes before uncovering them to prevent the buns from collapsing suddenly when cold.
