This breakfast can also be made as a dessert, it is sweet and delicious.

Pumpkin Milk Toast

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces, wash and put it on a plate. Steam the pumpkin and quinoa on a high heat for about 15 minutes. After the pumpkin is steamed, mash it into a puree while it is still hot.

2. Beat the eggs into the bowl with chopsticks, then pour the prepared milk and stir evenly.

3. After the toast is taken out, cut off the four sides, and then cut into small squares about 1 cm for use.

4. Take a bowl that can be put into the oven, put in the sliced toast, spread a layer of mashed pumpkin puree and smooth it out.

5. Spread the steamed quinoa on top of the pumpkin puree.

6. Add the remaining diced toast.

7. Pour in the prepared milk and egg mixture, and sprinkle with dried cranberries.
