Pumpkin Milkshake

Chestnut squash cut into pieces and steamed.

Then dig out the pumpkin meat with a spoon and put it in the juice cup!

Add half a cup of milk, whipped into a uniform pumpkin smoothie, and pour into the cup. Want to drink thicker, more pumpkin, less milk! If you want to be thinner, just have more milk!

Tips:
1. Choose some soft glutinous pumpkin, which is super soft when steamed!
2. The amount of milk depends on how much it needs to be beaten, and how thick it is!
