I have no appetite in summer, so I cooked millet porridge today. Very simple and delicious.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Millet Porridge

1. Wash the pumpkin, peel it, and cut it into pieces.

2. Heat water in the casserole, then put the pumpkin in it,

3. Put 2 tablespoons of white rock sugar in, then boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and cook for 20 minutes

4. Take a spoonful of millet and wash it clean. When washing the millet, be careful not to stir too much, which will run away the nutrition of the millet.

5. Put the millet in the pot after 20 minutes and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat

6. The millet is boiled into large particles, and the water becomes viscous. You can turn off the heat.

Tips:

Don't cut the pumpkin in that big piece, it's easy to boil when it's smaller.
