Tips:
1 The purpose of using the broken wall cooking machine is to mix the pumpkin with milk and egg liquid. The liquid after mixing is very delicate. If there is no wall breaking machine and no cooking machine, the pumpkin can be pressed into pumpkin puree and mixed with other ingredients.
2 The muffin paste I made is thicker, if you like it thinner, add more milk
3 If you feel that you have to wait to use baking powder, you can replace the dry yeast powder with baking powder
4 To make muffins, do not need to be fried, it is recommended to use a low heat in a pan to fry
