Pumpkin Oatmeal
1.
Peel off the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Add water to the pot, pour in the pumpkin cubes and cook. (The water should flow over the pumpkin)
2.
After the water in the pot is boiled, the pumpkin cubes will be very soft after cooking for another 3 minutes. (If you like to eat a paste, use a food processor to make a paste. If you want to exercise your baby's chewing ability, just cook small pieces like this)
3.
Pour in instant oatmeal and stir well.
4.
Pour in wolfberry and cook for 2 minutes.
5.
Since the taste of oatmeal will be slightly rough, the baby will like it better if you add some sugar or honey to flavor it.
Tips:
The water used to cook the pumpkin can be replaced with milk or soy milk.
Pumpkins can also be replaced with sweet potatoes, purple potatoes and other potatoes.
