Pumpkin Parfait

Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.

Steamed in the pot.

Crush it into mud while it's hot.

Gelatine powder melts in water.

Add the pumpkin puree and stir well.

Oil the crisper.

Pour pumpkin puree and smooth the surface.

Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Pour out the mold.

Cut into pieces and serve on a plate, sprinkle with sweet-scented osmanthus.
Tips:
1. Gelatine powder can be replaced by gelatine tablets.
2. For sweet ones, add sugar to pumpkin puree.
