Pumpkin Pastries
1.
Get all the materials ready.
2.
Soak the red bean in water overnight and press it in a pressure cooker. Use the pan to collect the water and add an appropriate amount of sugar.
3.
The pumpkin is cleaned and steamed. After cooling, the temperature is only 30 degrees. Add baking powder and stir evenly. Add the flour and stir until half-dry and ferment for half a day. Because I make it in winter, the fermentation is slow, so it takes longer.
4.
Brush all the oil around the empty bowl.
5.
Add the fermented flour into the red bean paste and stir evenly. After adding the chopped red dates, you can also add raisins. If there is no one in my home, we don't add it.
6.
Put it in a steamer to ferment for 20 minutes, and boil the heated water for 20 minutes.
7.
It is very suitable for babies to eat.
Tips:
Note that adding white sugar to the red bean paste does not require adding white sugar. Adding too much is not suitable for one-year-old babies.
