Pumpkin pie is a kind of food that everyone loves to eat. It is soft, sweet and waxy, has a mellow fragrance, nourishes the lungs, invigorates the spleen, and reduces cough and phlegm.

1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the heart and seeds, then cut into chunks, steam them in a steamer, and prepare other raw materials

3. Put it in a juicer and squeeze it into a paste

Tips:
