Pumpkin Pie

* Slice the pumpkin and steam it.

* Peanut butter + sesame seeds mixed with sugar and stir evenly (make two flavors today, you can omit this step if you don't like it)

* Red bean paste + peanut sesame filling, knead into small balls, ready for use (you can sprinkle a little glutinous rice flour for sticky hands)

* Steamed pumpkin, add sugar, and press into puree

* Pour in the glutinous rice flour and stir evenly by hand. The amount you add depends on the amount you make, you can weigh it and watch it, as long as your hands are not sticky and the dough is about the same.
