Soft, sweet and delicious!

Pumpkin Pie

1. Peel and wash the pumpkin, then slice it, put it in a pot and steam it, then mash it into a puree.

2. Add flour, glutinous rice flour

3. Stir the flour, glutinous rice flour and sugar

4. Seal with plastic wrap and wake up for 20 minutes

5. Knead into a dough and dip it in breadcrumbs

6. Pour oil into the pan, turn on a low heat, and fry in the pan

7. Take out the pumpkin pie and drain the oil

Tips:

Be sure to drain the water from the steamed pumpkin.
