Pumpkin Pie

1. Steam the pumpkin in a steamer first. After steaming, the skin will fall off directly, and then crush it while it is hot.

2. I added sugar, butter, and glutinous rice noodles and stirred. The first time I did it, I couldn't count them. There was too much pumpkin and not enough glutinous rice noodles. I added some flour.

The first time I made it, the taste is okay, I think it's a bit hard, my husband said it's delicious!
