Pumpkin Pie

Taro peeled, washed and sliced

Steamed in a pot over water

Add sugar and stir the taro with a spoon

Rub the taro paste into a circle

Pumpkin peeled and sliced

Squash the pumpkin, add sugar and glutinous rice flour and mix well

Make the dough well, it's not soft or hard

Take a small ball of glutinous rice dough and flatten it, wrap it in the taro filling, then squeeze it and round it with your hands (you can dip it with some sesame for more fragrant), flatten it slightly

Use a toothpick to dent the shape of the pumpkin and put the wolfberry on it

Just steam it in the pot
Tips:
Remember to brush some oil when steaming pumpkin pie on the plate to prevent stickiness!
