Sweet and sticky

Pumpkin Pie

1. Taro peeled, washed and sliced

2. Steamed in a pot over water

3. Add sugar and stir the taro with a spoon

4. Rub the taro paste into a circle

5. Pumpkin peeled and sliced

6. Steamed in a pot over water

7. Squash the pumpkin, add sugar and glutinous rice flour and mix well

8. Make the dough well, it's not soft or hard

9. Take a small ball of glutinous rice dough and flatten it, wrap it in the taro filling, then squeeze it and round it with your hands (you can dip it with some sesame for more fragrant), flatten it slightly

10. Use a toothpick to dent the shape of the pumpkin and put the wolfberry on it

11. Just steam it in the pot

Tips:

Remember to brush some oil when steaming pumpkin pie on the plate to prevent stickiness!
