Pumpkin Pie

Wash and peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and steam it!

Pour the steamed pumpkin into pumpkin puree, add flour and yeast powder to knead the dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise to double its size!

Divide the noodles into equal-sized small doughs and roll them into the dough with a rolling pin!

Tips:
Pumpkin skin is hard to peel. You can steam it for three to five minutes before peeling! Super easy!
