Pumpkin Pie

Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces and steam

Smash the pumpkin into puree, add sugar, (if you like dessert, add more) add glutinous rice flour, and knead it into a dough.

Knead it into a ball and squash it, dip it in water, and add bread crumbs.

Put it in a frying pan and fry (turn off the heat when the oil is hot, it will not batter) until golden on both sides.
Tips:
Be sure to turn off the fire and fry it, or it will be dark when you just put it in the fry, hot and delicious, with bread crumbs on the outside, it will taste crunchy.
