Pumpkin Pie

Add 50 grams of white sugar to red bean paste to make red bean paste (please refer to the production method in other posts that have been posted), let it cool and divide it into 20g portions and knead it for use.

After the pumpkin is peeled and steamed, leave 300 grams.

Mix the sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour into the steaming cooked pumpkin.

First use chopsticks to stir until it is more uniform, and then knead the dough with your hands, so that you can avoid burns due to too high temperature.

Sprinkle a small amount of starch on the silicone mat for later use.

Divide the pumpkin noodles into 30g portions. Don't divide too much at a time, about five pieces, then cover the large dough.

Take any dough, flatten it, and roll it into a round slice.

Put in a red bean paste ball.

After closing the mouth like a dumpling, you can make it into other shapes you want.

If you feel sticky during the production process, use starch to solve it.
It will be steamed in a pot for a quarter of an hour.
Tips:
This production method saves the step of steaming the big dough for ten minutes in advance, but make sure that the dough is hot, and it is not easy to make after it is cold, so if the amount is too much, it is recommended to steam for ten minutes first.
