Pumpkin Pie

Wash the pumpkin and cut it well. Put it in the pot and steam it. About 25 minutes or so.

Cut off the pumpkin skin with a knife and put it in a small pot.

Stir evenly, the thinner the better.

Pour in an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and stir well.

Dump the red bean paste as shown in the picture, and cut it evenly with a knife. Cut the pumpkin noodles into even small balls. It's bigger than the bean paste dumpling.

Wrap the pumpkin dough with red bean paste and put it in a similar basin. Don't put it in the bowl, it will stick to the porcelain bowl.

Pour the oil in the pan, put the pumpkin pie in the pan in an orderly manner, flatten it with a wooden spatula, and brush the pumpkin pie with the oil. Flip it back and forth, and wait two minutes for it to be cooked. You can eat it
