Pumpkin Pie

1. 1/3 pumpkin

2. Peel and scoop, wash, and cut into pieces (reserve some pumpkin seeds for later use)

3. Put it in a microwave container and bite on high heat for 8 minutes. Do not add water, water will come out during the cooking process of the pumpkin.

4. Take it out, pour out the extra juice (I drank it while it's hot, haha) and press it into pumpkin puree.

5. According to the sweetness of pumpkin and personal taste, add appropriate amount of sugar and mix well

6. Sift in 400 grams of glutinous rice flour

7. Mix the flour and pumpkin puree and knead into a dough

8. Divide the dough into 40 g/portions

9. Cut coriander leaves into branches, wash and set aside

10. Wash black sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, dry and fry them for later use

11. Take a portion of the dough, knead it round and press flat

12. Take four pumpkin seeds and place them as flowers

13. Coriander branches and leaves under the flowers

14. Sprinkle a little black sesame seeds in the middle and around the flowers, just like stamens

15. Heat oil in a pot and put in pumpkin pie

16. Deep fried until golden on both sides

17. Push it to the edge of the pot to drain the oil, and serve.
