Pumpkin Pie

Peel the pumpkin, slice it, and steam it on the steamer. I forgot the time. Just pierce it through.

Use a spoon to stick the cake into a puree shape, add sugar, I added about a spoonful, it's not too sweet.

When adding glutinous rice flour, I added a lot of it. The ratio is almost one to one. Knead it with your hands, not too soft. Mine is still a bit soft and too glutinous. This is the most troublesome procedure, it took about 20 minutes

Divide the dough into several portions, knead it into a dough first, and then roll it into a cake. Don't be too flat.

Fry it in the pan, not too long, just turn yellow. Because I was afraid of being unfamiliar, I exploded more, and some of them were unsightly.
