Pumpkin Pie

Wash and cut the pumpkin, remove the seeds

Put it in the microwave and heat for 7 or 8 minutes until fully cooked

Peel the pumpkin and mash it into a puree, add melted butter, sugar and flour

Knead into dough, divide into evenly small portions, knead round and flatten into cakes

Pour the oil into the pan and heat it up, then add the pumpkin pie and fry it until one side is golden, turn it over and continue to fry, remove it after both sides are golden
6.
Serve on a plate, dipped in sugar or honey to taste
Tips:
You can also add a little red bean paste to the pumpkin pie. I forgot to weigh it when I made it. The amount is based on experience.
