Pumpkin Pie

Peel and slice pumpkin, steam for 30 minutes in a steamer.

For the steamed pumpkin, add an appropriate amount of white sugar according to your taste, weigh it and stir until it becomes a puree, mix well.

After the pumpkin puree has cooled down, add glutinous rice flour and knead it into a dough.

I bought red bean paste ready-made, and I will try to make it myself.

I just started to learn how to make pasta and I was a bit busy. The first one has a little batter, but it tastes very good. A little sense of accomplishment!
