Pumpkin Pie
1.
First peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into pieces. Put it on the steamer and steam until it doesn't feel like you stick it in with the chopsticks. (There are some carrots in the house and steam them.)
2.
After steaming, put it in a container, remove the water, put an appropriate amount of soft white sugar, and mash it with a spoon. Mix well.
3.
After mixing well, let it dry for a while, wait for it to cool a little, and the temperature is just hot. Add water mill powder and start kneading.
4.
Because the water mill powder is relatively soft, it is necessary to add it several times until the powder does not stick to your hands and can be kneaded into a ball.
5.
Knead the powder into a slightly longer shape and pull it into pieces. Round the potion into the wheat germ and roll it around.
6.
After rolling it, squeeze it flat. The sunflower shape I pressed is thinner, and it will fry later.
7.
After making some, you can put oil in the pot, a little more. The pumpkin pie can be fried in the pot when it reaches 6 degrees of maturity.
8.
You can turn over when it's fried until one side is golden.
9.
It's ready to cook when both sides are golden!
Tips:
In the morning, with a bowl of soy milk, it should be a more delicious and healthy breakfast.
