Pumpkin Polenta

Pumpkin peeled and sliced and steamed in a pot;

Corn peeled and washed;
3.
Rice is boiled with water to make a thicker porridge;
4.
Cool steamed pumpkin and corn with a small amount of water to make juice; (leave a small amount of corn kernels and pumpkin pieces)
5.
Pour pumpkin corn juice into the porridge and stir evenly;
6.
Add the rest of the corn kernels and cook, and stir in the middle to avoid sticking the bottom;
7.
Add the remaining pumpkin cubes and mix well. You can add salt or sugar to taste. I think the original flavor of pumpkin and corn is very good~~~~~~
