Pumpkin Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs and blanch them in boiling water to remove fishy.

Cut pumpkin into pieces and corn into pieces. Carrots are cut with a hob.

Boil water in a pot until boiling.

Wash the ribs after blanching and set aside. Cut a few slices of ginger, (put a few green onions, the soup will be more fragrant)

Put the ribs, ginger and boil until boiling. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add corn carrots.

Change to low heat and cook for 1.5 hours.

After 1.5 hours add pumpkin and cook for 20 minutes.

Add some salt to taste.

Tips:
Add enough water to make the soup at one time, and you can't add water in the middle. Pumpkins are easy to rot, so choose to put them last.
