I really love the pumpkin porridge in Korean cuisine. I have to drink several bowls every time. I bought a stir stick when my child ➕ complementary food. I did it myself, and I happened to be able to drink it. It’s actually very simple.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Porridge

1. Small pumpkin, cut open to remove the flesh

2. Cut into large pieces and steam on the pot

3. Steam for about ten minutes, and the chopsticks can be easily pierced through

4. After cooling, scrape off the pumpkin meat with a spoon

5. Shaved pumpkin meat

6. Add right amount of boiled water, this is a bit too much, I think the ratio of pumpkin to water 2:1 is more appropriate

7. Chop with a stir bar

8. Ready to enjoy immediately

9. If it is not sweet enough, you can add sugar

Tips:

This time it is a bit too thin. I think you can pour it into the pot and add starch or glutinous rice flour (more authentic) to boil, it will be thicker, if you don't want to be so troublesome, you can add less water.
