Pumpkin Pot Stickers

Ingredients: old pumpkin flour, vegetable oil, salt and pepper powder, chicken essential oil

Add flour and water to make a smooth dough, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag, and wake up for more than 30 minutes

Peel the old pumpkin and shred it

Mix well with pepper chicken essential oil

Add salt and mix evenly when wrapping the pot stickers

Roll the wake-up dough into long strips and divide them into small pieces, which are larger than the dumplings

Roll into a wafer

Add pumpkin filling

Wrapped into a cockscomb shape, like a thin-skinned bun in Xinjiang

Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil, add pumpkin pot stickers

Steam on high heat for about 10 minutes, pick up

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the steamed pumpkin pot stickers, and fry on low heat until the bottom of the pumpkin pot stickers is golden brown.
Tips:
Pot stickers are bigger than dumplings
It’s best to use old pumpkins, with less moisture
Add salt when you pack it so that no nutrition is lost
To be wrapped in the shape of a Xinjiang thin-skinned bun
Don’t steam it for a long time, because it’s still fried
