Pumpkin Puree

Prepare the ingredients: peel and dice the pumpkin; rock sugar is appropriate (if I eat it, I won’t put rock sugar. 1 piece is enough in the picture, 2 pieces are more).

Steam the pumpkin in an electric rice cooker for 25 minutes (no need to add water).

After the pumpkin is steamed, put it in the wall breaker and beat for 5 seconds, pour the pumpkin puree, and put it into the pot. Make it into a baby-like pumpkin puree, it looks more delicate, slippery and sweet in the mouth, I hope you like it, it counts as a lunch dessert.
