Pumpkin Purple Sweet Potato Sago
1.
Peel the pumpkin and purple sweet potato, cut into small pieces and steam until soft.
2.
While hot, mash the pumpkin and purple potato into a puree, and set aside the pumpkin.
3.
Mix purple potato mash and glutinous rice flour with a little water to form a non-sticky dough.
4.
The water is boiled in the pot, during which the purple sweet potato mass is pulled into a potion, and the mass is formed into a circle of uniform size.
5.
After the water is boiled, add the sago, cook until the white dot is in the middle, add the purple potato balls, mix the pumpkin puree and milk, and add the cooked purple potato and sago at the end.
Tips:
The pumpkin purple sweet potato itself has a sweet taste, so I don’t have any sugar in this one. If you like sweet, just put it according to your own taste!
