Pumpkin Purple Sweet Potato Yuanzi
1.
Wash the pumpkin and purple sweet potato, peel them, cut into small pieces, and steam in a steamer for about 15 minutes.
2.
The steamed pumpkin is pressed into a puree, and tapioca flour is added to form a dough.
3.
The purple sweet potato is also pressed into a puree, put in an appropriate amount of sugar and mix well.
4.
Take a small piece of pumpkin dough, press it into a pie in the palm of your hand, put in an appropriate amount of purple potato mash, seal it and knead it into small balls, and so on, try to make all the balls evenly.
5.
After boiling water in the pot, add the Yuanzi and cook it. Generally, the Yuanzi will be boiled for a while after it floats up and you can eat it. If you like glutinous rice, you can do it like me: put a large spoonful of glutinous rice in a bowl, add a small amount of water, add an appropriate amount of honey, and eat the yuanzi directly in the rice wine. Of course, you can eat whatever you like!
